Terms & Conditions

-You must not affiliate my work with Artificial intelligence created images (Ai "art") or NFTs.- The complexity of the piece and how many commissions I have at the time already will make times vary but I usually have the base sketch done within a couple days or so and then a week or two for fully finished piece commonly.,- If you are using anything for commercial use there will be a $20.00 commercial fee added to the price.- I request half of the payment after the sketch is done and the other half after the finished product usually, but this may vary for very large projects or 2D Live Models as they take way more time and effort and guaranteed payment is needed.,- If i feel the need to deny a commission due to lack of ability or discomfort with the subject matter, I reserve the right to do so.- Any use of my art, I ask to be credited in some way for. It doesnt have to be huge but just a mention or name somewhere please.- Refunds can be issued only if I havent gotten the majority of the project done. If you have made a full payment and ive put hours into your piece you will only get a 50% refund. Please keep this in mind. If you decide to go with a different artist before ive begun your piece or some emergency came up, I dont mind sending back the payment if its early in the transaction.
